September 25, 2014 // Lindsey + Nick
Lindsey Beck wants to marry Nick Neser all over again — and she wouldn’t change one pretty thing. “I was finally about to marry the love of my life — and it was the best day of my life,” says Lindsey, who’s from American Fork. “It was amazing to have all our people there to love and support us! I wish I could relive that day over and over.” (We got you covered, Lindsey. 🙂 Their dearly beloved day started with a beachy keen proposal. “No one was around and the waves were at our feet — it was just what I wanted.” And that timeless setting carried them to a timeless wedding. “I went for a very romantic, classic wedding,” Lindsey says. “I wanted it to be timeless and simple — but beautiful.” She wanted an outdoor affair with elegant decor (that food table, people!). Her colors were soft and romantic golds and creams — with pops of pink and marsala. Her gown from The Perfect Dress was a seam dream. “It fit me like it was made for me, so I couldn’t say no!” She booked her photographer, Brooke Bakken, before she got engaged because “I had to have her.” And at the end of the evening, she danced with her new husband and then danced with her dad. “As long as I can remember, that’s been one of my favorite parts of the reception,” she says. “I always cry!” In the end, every perfect detail led to one perfect, timeless tale.
