That’s Amore

Timeless, endless inspiration from the country known for its dearly beloved beauty (and dearly beloved bread).

Expertlyand elegantlyinfuse culture into your wedding with this world-class inspiration.

THE FASHION “While a white wedding dress and veil might be custom to many regions, not all brides wear white or a dress. Take, for instance, Indian brides who decorate themselves in colorful sarees and apply variations of henna or mehndi design patterns on their hands and feet. I worked with a darling Vietnamese bride who opted to wear the traditional Ao Dai, a long-sleeved tunic with ankle-length panels at the front and back worn over trousers (usually in bright colors that signify different meanings),” says Michelle Cousins, of Michelle Leo Events. Your wedding fashion sets the tone for your wedding. For you, pick a gown — or two! — that marries well with your celebration. (These Samuelle Couture gowns exude effortless elegance, much like Italy.)

GROOMED TO PERFECTION For your honey, pay special attention to the details that are too often overlooked (suspenders, pocket squares, etc.). P.S. So seriously smitten with that pop of turquoise on the men’s band.

GIVE IT A HAND Florals — hands down — are one of the most important decor elements of your wedding, and we adore this lush, leafy green dream. “I was drawn to the many colors found on the Amalfi coast and then incorporated them into my color palette on the tablescape and within the floral,” Michelle says.

CASHMERE, BABY Meet the real star of this wedding — “Cashmere” the goat. Depending on your style of reception, having animals on the grounds can add a fun, lively element to your wedding.

VA-VA-VA VROOM A vespa adorned with greenery just might top our favorite-ever exits.
