“I was inspired by the monochrome color trend using shades of pink and blush,” says Rachael Affleck, of Rachael Ellen Events. “We all know pinks are so overplayed in the wedding world, but taking a modern, monochrome approach makes them seem fresh and new again.”
The color selection was key. Rachael wanted “feminine with an edge.” So the table linen was a muddy, taupey blush, while the dress was a super soft pink. “These colors played together to create something a little unexpected,” Rachael says.
Romantic. Chic. Organic. Luxe.
