Setting Up Your Ceremony

Walking Down the Aisle in Style

How do you want to say your I do’s? In front of family, or quite literally surrounded by your loved ones? Here are some things to think about when you’re planning the setup of your ceremony.

Indoor or Outdoor?

The amount of space you have will greatly affect the way you are able to set up your ceremony. Outside ceremonies or bigger indoor spaces will have room to do fun things like circular seating with you in the middle.

How Many Guests Will Be There?

The number of people in the audience will also be a main factor in deciding how you want to orient the room. Fewer guests at the ceremony means more freedom to make it unique, like facing the chairs inward like a runway instead of forward.

Where Are You Coming From?

If you’re opening doors and entering a room or going down a set of stairs, the classic aisle setup will be your BFF. But if you want to mix it up and come from opposite sides of the room towards each other, you’ll need something more atypical!

Soft & Romantic vs Looking Sharp

Your ceremony backdrop will literally be the backdrop to your marriage, and the backdrop for all your photos of that special moment. Of course you want it to look as amazing as you feel. Whether it’s florals, Utah’s lovely landscapes, or the inside of a gorgeous venue, it will frame the vows, I dos, and the “I now pronounce yous.” It’s okay to go big for such a big moment!

Molding a Marriage

These whimsy florals matched with the chic acrylic chairs and applied molding of the walls bring together all the best parts of a vintage vibe with the elegance of a modern soiree.
