The 2025 Utah Valley Bride Magazine Launch Party

Date
Feb, 21, 2025

Have you ever seen such beautiful draping? How about the brand-new covers of this year’s magazines? We’re having a hard time deciding which part of our launch party we’re more obsessed with. The food, the vibes—or what about the live painter, or the florals—how could we possibly choose?

We’re big fans of the new year here at Utah Valley Bride, and it’s all because the new year brings a new magazine!

This year’s Utah Valley Bride magazine covers are not only jaw-droppingly gorgeous, but they each perfectly capture the rich beauty and stunning variety that Utah weddings have to offer. We may be a little biased, but we think these are the best we’ve ever seen (until next year of course)!

The 2025 Utah Valley Bride magazine launch party was more than just successful—it was perfect, right down to the glitter on everyone’s gowns, and it’s all thanks to the incredible Utah wedding vendors who made it all happen. Let’s be real—we wouldn’t be who we are without our favorite vendors!

Our Amazing Utah Wedding Vendors

Let’s start right at the beginning, with the amazing Annie Bakow Events. She took our vision from ideal to insane—insanely perfect, that is. Her talent for designing and elevating a space to the moon made our launch party the stunning, fancy affair it was. From the moment we walked in, and every step between every candle, our jaws were on the floor. Get yourself a wedding planner like Annie, and your event will have you reminiscing about how amazing it was for years to come!

Speaking of the moon, it’s all thanks to Moonlight Lighting that we got to experience the art that was all that draping. It was absolutely everything we didn’t know we needed—but now you know you do need it. Moonlight Lighting added a whole new layer of elegance to the space, leaving us and our guests speechless. Feel free to show these photos to your wedding planner, or better yet, just go directly to Moonlight and tell them you want the same thing as the Utah Valley Bride magazine launch party!

Of course, you wouldn’t even have photos to show if it weren’t for the incredibly talented Madison Larsen Photography. From the beautiful setup to the last seconds we broke it down on the dance floor, Madison perfectly captured all of our favorite moments of the evening. It’s entirely thanks to her that we’ve been able to look through this gallery every day since (what, that’s completely normal, okay?) and reminisce on the fun of the evening and the joy of everyone who got to celebrate with us.

But photos simply aren’t enough—the videographer went above and beyond even what we hoped for when Jax Film and Photo showed us the video from that night. Talk about making us want to go back and re-live the night! Luckily, thanks to her talent with the camera, we can. And we’ve done that every day since, too.

We’re not even halfway done gushing about our vendors yet either. Have you seen those florals? Not only are the colors amazing, but the floral columns flanking the backdrop, and the arrangements that accompanied our magazine cover reveals bring it all together magically. Along with every other flower in sight—Jolley’s Corner sure knows how to make a girl (or a magazine production team) feel like she’s in a fairytale.

And it all comes down to the gorgeous space we were able to celebrate in. The Ballard is one of the newest wedding venues in Utah, and it’s already making big moves here. Just look at those chandeliers—and the bride’s room? We’re still not over it.

The bride’s room was home to the amazing Painted by Kelsey Jane at this year’s Utah Valley Bride magazine launch party. And when we say we’re obsessed with her, we mean it. Imagine getting a live painting of yourself at your wedding, not only for yourself but for all of your guests too! We love having Kelsey artfully capture our guests’ experience in such a unique way.

Of course, we can’t forget to mention the delicious food we were munching on all night long, thanks to Wooden Horse Catering. Stefen is one of the best of the best, and just one look at this food will have your mouth watering. It definitely had ours watering all night, we just couldn’t get enough of it! It was very convenient that the food happened to be next to the dance floor—we were able to enjoy every hors d’oeuvre and every song, the whole evening.

That dance floor was led by none other than DJ PBaby, the expert mix master and curator of a killer dance party. And kill it he did! We loved seeing wedding vendors of every kind break it down for once, and enjoy being part of the party!

The linens were all thanks to Specialty Linens Utah, the resource you need for literally any kind of gorgeous tablecloth and more. They elevated our space from the welcome table to the drinks in the back.

And right behind our welcome table, to the excitement of so many, we had our very own 360 photo booth, thanks to Moment 360. A personalized slow-mo video of our guests and their friends decked out in feather boas and bubble blowers having the time of their lives? Yes, please!

Thank You

Most of all, it’s all thanks to every single member of our Utah Valley Bride community, whether you’re a vendor, bride, groom, lover of weddings, or you’ve been around for the last 20 years and counting, that we’re able to create such a beautiful magazine. Thank you for making UVB what it is.

If you’re bummed you missed out, don’t worry—there’s more where that came from. Check out the rest of our 2025 events. And as for next year’s launch party, the easiest way to guarantee a ticket is to get featured in the magazine (submit your content here!) or become a Preferred Vendor with UVB.

We hope you love the 2025 magazine! Buy your copies here, and check out our brand-new merch while you’re at it. Oh, and don’t forget to submit your galleries to us for a chance to be featured!
