Howdy, and I Do
Everyone tip your hat and say, “Thank ya kindly,” to the hosts of this gorgeous Utah western wedding inspo shoot—we feel blessed to have seen these photos. From the cowgirl chic bride to the hat on this rugged groom, we’re ready to hop on the nearest horse and start corralling our way down the aisle!
Aubrey Elise Photography perfectly captured the essence of a western wedding, down to the moody spring backdrop of our country couple. If you haven’t considered going full cowgirl for your wedding yet, these photos may just be the inspiration you need.
Speaking of backdrops—High Star Ranch knows how to do cowgirl. How could you not be obsessed with the rural wooden details paired with the sleek design of their indoor and outdoor spaces? Do you see those barrels? And we haven’t even mentioned the gorgeous hanging lights—it’s romantic and rustic, in the best way.
It makes us want to dust off our boots and scoot right on down to the dance floor!
And the beautiful space is made even more so with the bright and bodacious flowers by Maree Floral. Nothing says rustic western wedding like rusty orange and dusty pink!
Western Wedding Wranglers
But wait—the cake is next. Feathers on a wedding cake? We’re down bad, as in feather down, for this sweet surprise. Baking Blonde Co. understood the assignment perfectly with the classy-meets-country details of this dessert.
Who knew that orange would be such a beautiful wedding color? Especially on the stationery from Flourishe Press—we could give the loudest, “Yee-haw,” about the textured paper alone.
But that cactus design? Hand us a rope and call us a wrangler because we’re ready to go all-in just to see that IRL.
And now for the bride and groom, or should we say the rodeo queen and king to be. Our model Ellie knows how to rock the western wedding look flawlessly. The lace on her dress? The tassels? The open back? Don’t mind us, we’re just looking up how long it takes to get to Trisney E. Gowns from here. Does Google Maps have an option for travelling on horseback?
That’s not even all of it. Our western bride is decked out in the most stunning turquoise jewelry from Goldie Lew—and so is the groom! His bolo tie says, “Howdy,” and we say, “I do!” His hat from Warbonnet Hats is the perfect finishing touch to bringing the cowboy groom look to life.
Last but not least, Lasting Looks by Lexi made our Utah western wedding dreams come true with her skill as a hairstylist. This bride is ready for her debut down the aisle—and down to the round-up.
But let’s be real, the most gorgeous thing about this western wedding inspo is the obvious love between the bride and groom. You can’t have a country chic wedding without two people who are madly in love. These two just happen to be the cutest cowgirl and cowboy you ever did see.
