Letter From the Editor 2026
Happy 25 years of Utah Valley Bride magazine! Can you believe it? In 2001, Jeanette Bennett and her team started a legacy of cataloging the best and most beautiful Utah weddings, and the first magazine was printed in 2002. To celebrate our silver anniversary milestone, join us as we walk you through every moment of your wedding, planning for the day you’ve always dreamed of.
Here is the biggest thing you need to know about planning a wedding: your wedding is a big deal! Say it with me, out loud: “My wedding is a big deal!”
The purpose of this magazine is to inspire you and encourage you to celebrate your unique love story in a way that feels special to you. That can look like anything! No matter your budget, color palette, venue, or theme, it is possible to have the wedding of your dreams. You deserve it!
Here’s how to flip through our 25th anniversary magazine: grab a pen, highlighter, scissors and tape, and start at the beginning. Whether you’re waiting on the ring any day now or you’ve already said yes, this year’s magazine is formatted in order, more or less, of what to prepare for and plan leading up to and on your wedding day.
When you see something you love, be it a floral arrangement or a gown, or a unique twist on a classic wedding day must-have, think about why you love it and how you can incorporate something similar into your wedding. Clip it out and glue it to your vision board!
As you’re flipping through, don’t skip the vendor credits on every gallery. You may discover that dream vendor you’ve been looking for!
The most important thing to remember is this: your wedding day is special no matter what, and your highest priority is to enjoy every second of it. Every wedding in Utah matters, and that includes yours!
We hope you find everything you’re looking for in the beautiful stories and inspiration we’ve curated for you here, and maybe even some things you didn’t know you needed. Congratulations from Team UVB!
XOXO,
Sydnie Poulsen, UVB Editor-in-Chief
Introducing Our 2026 Magazine Covers!
As a celebration of 25 years, this year we did something crazy: we chose five covers! Each and every one was carefully chosen because of the love, emotion, and downright stunning wedding moments captured in all of them. We wanted to beautifully represent every bride and couple in Utah.
And we’ll be honest, we simply couldn’t choose just four. With covers as beautiful as these ones, how can you blame us?
So which one is your favorite and why? Let us know on Instagram by tagging us in your story or telling us at the next Utah Valley Bride event!

Beachside Formal
Not only was Jenna the most perfect beachy bride we’ve ever seen, but her Utah wedding vendors truly made the whole day beyond perfect. When a Utah wedding photographer gets married, you just know the wedding will be Pinterest-worthy and cover-worthy, to say the least. Jenna and Jaden’s bridal party brunch, Na Pali Coast rehearsal dinner, and lei-adorned ceremony make us want to spend a month or two in Maui!

Curated Romance
A wedding at an art museum full of literally curated antique details and decor? Of course we’ll be obsessed. Bethany and Adam’s wedding day was not only stunning, but so full of “big love” and intentional focus on being in the moment that it made their wedding day a dream come true. The colors and gold accents paired with the way these two look at each other will be on every bride’s Pinterest boards; we already know it.
