Alexandrea Anderson and Mark Rosa were just steps away from true love. Literally. They were living at the same apartment complex and met at church. “I thought he was too cool for me!” Alex says. Au contraire! Mark thought SHE was too cool for him. Once the too cool concerns, well, cooled, their first date was to Labeau’s drive-in, which they both agree is the “best Hawaiian food you’ll ever eat.” On a trip to Chicago, following some stellar shopping and fabulous food, the question came that changed their lives forever. They took a boat ride that stopped at the Navy Pier, took in the fireworks and basked in the “yes.” Pier-fection! The wedding day followed suit. “Planning our wedding was a lot easier than we expected, and everything just fell into place,” Alex says. “Our day couldn’t have been more perfect.”
